Rehab project underway June 15, 2010

We secured a house near downtown Evansville from the bank, for a song — no, really! — and now we’re in the process of fixing it up. It needs:
- Some foundation work
- Basement fill-in
- Add a bathroom downstairs
- New windows
- Woodwork here and there
- Paint, carpet
- Clean-up
Then it will be ready for renting or for selling!
